The firm Viva Realty was founded in 2006 in Lagos and today employs over 20 staff and also professional Nigerians.

The valuation for all purposes of all types of properties including plant and machinery. It also oversees rating valuation.
- Development Unit
Development Unit and Finance Advice: Feasibility Studies and Project Management and consults on feasibility management, project frames & advisory and joint venture developments
- Management Unit
The management of industrial, commercial and residential properties. The Unit also handles rating administration and management which includes the collection of rates on behalf of Rating Authorities.
- Sales/Agency Unit
This unit handles the sale or purchase, letting or taking on lease of all types of properties. This department has now been constituted into a separate firm with 100% ownership – VIVA REALTY estate Agency. The firm is staffed with estate surveyors and valuers with considerable experience of property values.
