Vivar Realty in Nigeria was established in 2006 with headquarters in Lagos. The firm employs a total of over 10(ten) qualified estate surveyors and valuers in addition to a number of technical staff. In order to ensure that the activities of the firm permeate the length and breadth of their department. The firm seeks to provide a comprehensive consultancy and marketing services for all types of urban and rural real estate throughout Nigeria. The firm has been involved in valuations and appraisals on regular basis or for specific purposes of all types of individual properties. Throughout the world, a variety of large portfolio, belonging to governments, corporations or companies have been valued for such purposes as mergers, take-overs, refinancing, insurance, compensation rating and balance sheets.
